Shipping & Policies

SHIPPING INFO

All our shipments are handled by DHL express and include a tracking number. They take an approximate time of between 3 to 6 business days to be delivered in the U.S.A and Canada and 5 to 10 everywhere else. Occasionally, this may vary for reasons beyond our control such as weather, customs inspection, etc.

The buyer is responsible for paying taxes and entry fees, if any; DHL may contact to the telephone number provided at the time of purchase to arrange payment and delivery details.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment options include credit cards through PayPal, as well as regular PayPal payments. All prices are in USD.


CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

You can cancel your order within one hour of purchase and receive a full refund. I will do my best to honour cancellation requests up until the time of shipping, but cannot guarantee them. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. 

If you wish to return your purchase, please contact me first, within 7 days of receiving the order. 

If you have any issues with your order, please contact me immediately so we can craft a solution; it will depend on the details and, of course, on what you want to do. 


PRIVACY POLICIES

I will only obtain and use information provided by you in order to complete your order, and to provide customer support.
Information will not be disclosed to any 3rd parties unrelated to your order, unless required to do so by law, for tax, or prevention of fraud purposes.

Organizations relating to your order will include service providers who are directly involved in your order, as for example DHL and Paypal.

Information provided will be kept for 5 years, as this is the length of time any tax information is kept.
